Visit Weldon Barber Spokane for Aveda Men’s Pure-Formance™
Aveda and Weldon Barber Spokane have introduced ShaveCream and Dual Action After Shave, because men are “different by nature.”

According to Kurt Kueffner, Director of Men’s Business Development for Aveda, “Men’s skin is clinically proven to be different by nature than women’s skin. Men have a weaker skin barrier function, a 25% higher collagen density, a higher rate of moisture evaporation and higher sebum production than women.” Aveda addresses these concerns and has developed formulas specifically geared to meet men’s distinct needs and producing real results.
These products make shaving friendlier – both to a man’s face AND to the environment. Aveda’s Pure-Formance™ ShaveCream and Dual Action After Shave from Weldon Barber Spokane are more than 97% naturally derived and packed with plant-powered ingredients. The phyto-active blend includes phycosaccharide from seaweed extract, licorice root, sage extract, plai oil and tamanu oil.
In addition, the Aveda Men Pure-Formance™ Shave Cream and Dual Action Aftershave from Weldon Barber Spokane include argan oil, a conditioner that is sourced from a women’s cooperative in South Morocco. So, your purchase helps to preserve the endangered Argan Forest

Weldon Barber Spokane Offers American Crew
Weldon Barber Spokane and American Crew have a lot in common. In the 1980′s and 90′s many neighborhood barbershops began to close, while at the same time many salons were opening and catering to women. But both Weldon Barber and American Crew believe that men need services and products that provide a masculine experience, something you’re not likely to get in a beauty salon.
Weldon Barber Spokane and American Crew understand that a growing number of men are concerned with their appearance and want to look their very best. This image-conscious trend applies to men of all ages and backgrounds.
Weldon Barber launched in Spokane in 2004 and now has four locations in Spokane and four in the metro Seattle area. While you will see a red, white, and blue striped barber pole on the windows, inside it’s an environment completely geared for men. “Like a den, Weldon Barber features masculine colors, rich leather chairs, and a flat screen TV tuned to sports. But what really sets Weldon Barber apart is the consistent service offered by its licensed and trained stylists.” (Vance Corridors, Winter 2010)
In Spokane, as well as in all of its locations, Weldon Barber offers an affordable luxury for men. But it caters to a wide range of clients. Business professionals, father/son duos, and distinguished gentlemen alike all enjoy the experience. The Weldon Barber shops also provide mine’s hair and skin care products
That’s where American Crew comes in. Famous for their “pucks,” American Crew’s goal is to supply high quality products, provide men with a great new experience, and show them ways of incorporating style into their everyday lives.
Men, Weldon Barber Spokane invites you to come into one of our four locations and experience American Crew for yourself!

Looking for smooth, healthy looking skin?
Here are some words of wisdom from Weldon Barber.
Exfoliate twice a week before you shave. Now, we know that “exfoliating” may seem like something your girlfriend should do along with her avocado face mask…but listen up! Men probably need to exfoliate more than women because your skin is exposed directly to the elements, shaving, etc. Exfoliating your skin keeps it refreshed by removing the dead skin on top, leaving your skin soft and toned. Now, the girls will like that.
Weldon tips for exfoliating products: try The Art of Shaving Facial Scrub for Sensitive Skin or Sharps Barber.
